Church planting, leader training with Hindus, bi-vocational work
Ed and his wife have three thrusts to their ministry activities.
(1) They train church planters and pastors, helping them to raise up new leaders and reproduce their churches, resulting in transformed lives and communities. This includes many insights into making their ministries more sensitive to local cultures.
(2) They are committed to practicing and guiding others in "tent-making", supporting themselves so that they are free to serve communities in areas of the world where authorities may be hostile.
(3) They are focused on accomplishing the above two in culturally relevant ways.
