AGREEMENT TO TRANSLATE AND PUBLISH CHURCH MULTIPLICATION GUIDE (CMG) INTO NON-ENGLISH LANGUAGESAgreement Between Authors and Translator-PublisherAUTHORS AND COPYRIGHT HOLDERS ARE:George Patterson, 5511 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd., Portland OR 97215 USA, E-mail: [email protected] Scoggins, E-mail: [email protected] FOR TRANSLATION AND PUBLICATION:1. The authors and copyright holders grant non-exclusive permission, free of payment or royalties or other fees, to the translator-publisher named above, to translate and publish the 2002 translation version of the Church Multiplication Guide (CMG). This permission will remain in effect as long the conditions of this document are being met to the authors’ satisfaction.2. This permission applies only to the language named above. For another language, contact the authors for a separate agreement.3. This authorization is for the publisher and organization listed above, and cannot be given, sold or transferred to other persons or organizations. Third parties may sign a separate agreement.4. Additions or changes in the doctrinal content of CMG must be approved by George Patterson before publication. This does not apply to adaptations of grammar and idiomatic expression that are necessary for conveying the original intent in a different culture or language. The translators will keep the authors informed of their progress and if possible send them a copy, preferably digitized, of the finished translation.5. This form must be signed and returned to the authors before the CMG is published in a non-English language. Return to George Patterson, 5707 NE 90th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98662, USA.6. The authors and copyright holders’ names must be printed on all published translations of the CMG, along with the information about the regular English version, as follows:Copyright (c) by George Patterson and Richard Scoggins. Translated and published by permission7. The copy of the English version of the CMG that is provided for translation is to be used only for translation and must not be sold or distributed separately or for any other purpose.I agree to translate and publish the CMG under all of the conditions listed above.
